  5. 沖孔網麻點:指鍍層表面不規則的凹穴孔,其特征是形狀、大小、深淺不一。麻點一般是由于基板缺陷或電鍍過程中異物粘附造成的缺
  6. 沖孔網毛刺:鍍層表面凸起而有刺手感覺的異物,通常其特點是在電鍍向上面或高電流密度區較為顯著。電鍍鋅的鋅層厚度依靠控制電流密度和帶鋼速度來控制,即增加電流密度、降低帶鋼速度可以提高鋅層厚度。但是這是有一定的限度的,當帶鋼速度很低,電流密度又高時,鍍層表面會變得毛糙,反而影響鍍層質量
  7. 沖孔網針孔:鍍層表面的與針尖鑿過類似的細孔,其疏密及分布雖不相同,但在放大鏡下觀察時,一般其大小、形狀相似。針孔通常是由電鍍過程中氫氣泡吸附而產生的缺陷。在電鍍反應中,產生大量的氣泡,這些氣泡如不及時排除,就要滯留在帶鋼表面和陽極之間,陽極及帶鋼表面被氣體層覆蓋而影響導電,造成帶鋼表面局部鍍不上

Punching net burr: a foreign body protruding and pricking on the surface of the plating layer, which is usually characterized by the upward plating or high current density area. Pinholes are usually defects caused by hydrogen bubble adsorption during electroplating. In the electroplating reaction, a large number of bubbles will be produced. If these bubbles are not removed in time, they will stay between the strip surface and the anode. The anode and the surface of the strip are covered by the gas layer, which will affect the electrical conductivity, resulting in the local plating on the surface of the strip steel
